CNN — Amid a surge in gas prices and slow action on clean energy in Congress, a new poll shows Americans are unhappy with US energy policies and unsatisfied with the quality of their environment. The annual Gallup “Mood of the Nation” poll, which was conducted from January 3 to 16, found most Americans – 73% – were not satisfied with the US government’s energy policies.
