[SOLVED] Can't order from Goodsmile Onlineshop MyFigureCollection.net

Hello everyone!

I wanted to preorder some Wonfes-Exclusives from Goodsmile's Onlineshop today, but somehow I just can't complete my order with them. :(

The problem I'm having is the following:

After I log in to my account, I'm asked about my billing information. I didn't see any problem there, because I already had my address saved in my account, but still everything went down from there.

After selecting "ship to this address" and clicking "next step" a popup showed up, telling me that "Last Name in Kana, First Name in Kana is a required value".
I checked back on my account page, but didn't see anything named "last name in kana" or the like. All I could fill out was "last name" and "first name", which I already did before.

Now that brings me to where I am now. Since I can't get to the next step, I can't order anything.
What might be causing this and how can I go about it from here?
Has anyone here ever had that kind of problem? I tried google but couldn't find anything like this. :(

I guess it wouldn't be wise to just create another account with another mail address. I guess I'd be banned completely if I tried that, so I didn't want to risk doing that, before trying to solve this problem some other way.

EDIT: This problem is solved now!
I sent an email to GSC asking them to look into the matter and they answered me as soon as I had woken up the next morning. :)
So I could order everything this morning.

If you ever have anything like this, I can only encourage you to ask the support of GSC. They were so fast in helping me here, that I was really amazed.
Really great customer support on their end. ^__^
(...now if only they would handle payment more like AmiAmi does... XD)
